Ha! I love it! Reminds me of my first job, at a greasy spoon is east nowhere NY. I loved the donuts, ate one every morning, until the woman who baked the donuts mentioned the morning she started rolling the dough with a band aid on her finger. As she was cooling off the just baked donuts, she noticed her band aid had disappeared.
I didn't eat another donut, anywhere, for a long time.
